To perform the day-to-day administrative and legal documentation of a dedicated clients portfolio and the follow-up of third parties relationship. Focusing on client • Manages a clients portfolio and answers to clients’ queries; • Participates to conference calls; • Organizes board meetings and shareholders meetings and drafts related minutes; • Drafts resolutions, proxies; • Maintains and updates the shareholders register; • Arranges offices and employee related formalities for domiciled companies; • Prepares and follows up legal formalities for the client’s company such as accounts opening, acquisition of participations, loan resolution, documents publication, capital increase, liquidation, etc; • Organises approval of “Financial Statements” and related formalities; • Ensures the accuracy and exhaustiveness of client files. Inspiring people • Supports the Deputy Corporate Officer; • Works in close cooperation with the Accountant; • Cooperates with the team; • Gives regular feedback to the superiors. Your skills • Level : min. bac+2 ideally in Law or Economics; • Languages: Good command of English and French is mandatory (written and spoken); usage of a third language (german) would be considered as a plus; • IT: Concept, MS Office; • Corporate Law principles.
